Triggers vary from person to person, and most people find that no single factor explains every attack. These articles look at commonly reported triggers — weather, hormones, specific foods, light, sleep disruption — and at how researchers try to distinguish a genuine trigger from a coincidence or from an early symptom of an attack already under way.
