Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy
Full payment is due at checkout. As long as the order has not yet been fulfilled, you have the option to cancel. Once the order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled but full or partial refund may be requested. See below for more details on returns and refunds.

Return policy
No products may be returned for credit or refund without prior authorization from Brain Ritual. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges for any returned products. Expired products may not be returned under any circumstances. Brain Ritual is not liable for the replacement of products that have been damaged by any party outside of Brain Ritual’s control. 

Refund Policy
The product must be unused and unopened, and returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. We do not provide shipping labels. Please allow up to 2 weeks to process after your return is received by our warehouse, to receive a refund to your original form of payment. 

Special Promotions & Money-Back-Guarantee Refunds: In the event of a refund request for Brain Ritual purchased through a special promotional offer (e.g., "Buy One, Get One Free") or our first-order "Money-Back Guarantee," you are eligible for a refund if requested within 30 days of delivery. For first-time orders, one opened box is covered under the guarantee and does not need to be physically returned. However, if your first order contains multiple boxes (such as a quarterly subscription), all remaining boxes must be returned unused and unopened to receive a full refund for the order.
