How It Works
When you purchase Brain Ritual, you'll receive an email with your unique Referral Link through Social Snowball, the tool we use for referrals. From there, you can create a free Social Snowball account to access your dashboard and track your referrals.

Who is eligible for the Refer a Friend program?
All customers are eligible. After placing your first order, you’ll unlock access to our referral program.
How does the Refer a Friend program work?
Your friend will receive a $30 discount on their first order; once their order has passed the 30-day return window, the referrer will receive a $30 commission payout sent via email. No account needed. To view your dashboard and track multiple referrals, referrers can create a Customer Referrals affiliate account here: https://affiliates.socialsnowball.io/auth/affiliate/signup. How do referrers/affiliates earn commissions?
Commissions are earned on qualifying sales directly attributable to the referrer’s unique referral link. Only sales that are not returned or canceled after the 30-day return window are eligible for commission. All commission payouts are sent via email from our payout provider, Tremendous.
When are commissions paid out?
Commissions are paid after the 30-day return period has passed and funds from the referred customer have been collected. Payments may be delayed or withheld if sales are under review or investigation.
Can I post my referral link on coupon or deal sites?
No. Posting referral links or codes on coupon websites (e.g., CouponBird, Honey) is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of pending commissions.
What happens if my referral is returned or canceled?
If a referred sale is returned or canceled, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your balance or withheld from future payments.
Are there restrictions on this program?
Our Referral program has security checks in place and blocks self-referrals. For example, your friend must have a shipping address different from your own to receive a referral reward.
