How does the Refer a Friend program work?
Your friend can receive a $30 discount on their first order. Once a qualifying referred order has passed the 30-day return window, the referrer can receive a $30 commission payout by email.
A referral account is not required for a single referral, but creating a free Social Snowball account lets referrers view a dashboard and track multiple referrals.
How do referrers earn commissions?
Commissions are earned on qualifying sales directly attributed to the referrer's unique referral link. Returned or canceled sales are not eligible for commission.
When are commissions paid out?
Commissions are paid after the 30-day return period has passed and funds from the referred customer have been collected. Payments may be delayed or withheld if a sale is under review.
Can I post my referral link on coupon or deal sites?
No. Posting referral links or codes on coupon or deal websites is prohibited and may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of pending commissions.
What happens if a referral is returned or canceled?
If a referred sale is returned or canceled, the corresponding commission may be deducted from the referrer's balance or withheld from future payments.
Are there restrictions on this program?
