Brain energy depends on more than fuel.

Golden molecular structures in petri dishes

Your cells make ATP — the body’s main energy currency — inside the mitochondria. To do that efficiently, they need fuel plus the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and cofactors that help convert fuel into usable energy.

Brain Ritual combines 4,800 mg of D-BHB — a human-identical ketone body — with 30+ bioavailable active ingredients selected to support mitochondrial function, antioxidant defenses, and brain energy metabolism.

Ketone Bodies

Ketones are a powerful clean fuel for the brain — especially when sugar isn’t doing the job.
• They help you feel clear-headed and support long-lasting energy.
• The ketones in Brain Ritual are ready to use — no fasting or strict keto diet required.

  • D-Beta-Hydroxy-butyrate (as R-3-Hydroxybutyric Acid Calcium Magnesium Salts) — 4800mg

Brain Ritual contains 4800mg of the human-identical ketone body D-Beta-Hydroxy-butyrate (as R-3-Hydroxybutyric Acid Calcium Magnesium Salts).
Your brain needs fuel or it'll enter a warning state, just like the light when your car's running on empty. Glucose is the brain’s primary fuel but it can’t be stored for long and in migraine patients, glucose transport can be impaired so they need ketone bodies, which is the brain’s preferred energy source and a powerful alternative to glucose.
How do you get these awesome things? Fasting and/or following a strict keto diet are the main ways, which is hard to impossible for most people to sustain, especially for migraine patients because ketone bodies are manufactured in the liver and using medications can hurt this. How else? Supplement with human-identical (i.e. effective and liver-safe) ketone bodies like Brain Ritual that your liver would be making with a keto diet or a fasting state.
But ketone bodies don’t just become brain energy — they need support from vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants in migraine-relevant dosages to be converted to energy that your brain can use.

Trace Minerals

Trace minerals are needed in tiny amounts, but they have a big impact on energy and brain health.
• Zinc, selenium, and others help your body manage stress and protect your cells from damage.
• They also support detox and help your metabolism stay flexible — switching between carbs and fats.
RDI = Daily Recommended Dietary Intake (if not shown, daily value not established)

Antioxidants

Antioxidants are your body’s internal “firefighters” — protecting your brain and cells from oxidative stress.
• CoQ10 and vitamin E, for example, help keep your mitochondria (your energy factories) running efficiently.
• This protection is especially important for people with migraines, who often have higher oxidative stress.

Why is the riboflavin dose so high?

Because that is the dose the migraine research used. Riboflavin has been studied for migraine at 200–400 mg per day — orders of magnitude above the RDA. Brain Ritual delivers 200 mg per serving, in the bioavailable 5′-phosphate form, so the studied protocol of two servings a day reaches 400 mg.

What exactly is D-BHB?

D-Beta-Hydroxybutyrate is the primary ketone body — the fuel your brain runs on when glucose is scarce. Brain Ritual delivers it as calcium and magnesium salts, so you get brain fuel and key minerals from the same molecule, no ketogenic diet required.

Is everything on the label? No proprietary blends?

Everything. Every active is listed with its exact form and dose. We publish the full label because the doses are the point — they match what was studied.

Will it kick me out of ketosis — or put me in it?

Neither, in the diet sense. Brain Ritual raises blood ketone levels directly for a few hours after each serving. It is ketogenic-diet-friendly (7 g of carbohydrate, mostly allulose, which does not raise blood sugar or insulin), but you do not need to change how you eat.

Why allulose instead of stevia or sucralose?

Allulose is a naturally derived sweetener that tastes clean and does not raise blood glucose or insulin. It is often better tolerated by migraineurs than artificial sweeteners, some of which are reported triggers.
