Refund policy

Cancellation policy
Full payment is due at checkout. As long as the order has not yet been fulfilled, you have the option to cancel. Once the order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled but full or partial refund may be requested. See below for more details on returns and refunds.

Return policy
No products may be returned for credit or refund without prior authorization from Brain Ritual. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges for any returned products. Expired products may not be returned under any circumstances. Brain Ritual is not liable for the replacement of products that have been damaged by any party outside of Brain Ritual’s control. 

Refund Policy
The product must be unused and unopened, and returned within 30 days of the order date for a refund. We do not provide shipping labels. Please allow up to 2 weeks to process after your return is received by our warehouse, to receive a refund to your original form of payment. 

Special Promotions & Money-Back-Guarantee Refunds: In the event of a refund request for Brain Ritual purchased through a special promotional offer (e.g. "Buy One, Get One Free", "Money-Back-Guarantee"-Subscription-Trial or similar, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please note that "Money-Back-Guarantees" will be clearly marked and visible on our website(s) and offer pages if applicable to a special promotional offer.
