I am a physician. I do not believe in medical foods. I only ordered it because it had a money back guarantee and I have tried literally everything. I have had chronic migraines for 15 years (15+ per month) and have tried no fewer than 75 medications and treatments to try to get them under control. After one month, my migraines improved. The Brain Riutal customer service is top notch, if you have questions, reach out and they ( a real human) will get back to you. The product "drink" flavor is good for all the vitamins in it. The recommended guide to introduce the drink to your body should be followed. I literally compared the list of vitamins and minerals in Brain Mineral to what I was already taking and it far exceeded my vitamin dosing. This is exactly what I experienced!!! Life saver!!!
At first I had 3 migraine free weeks which was u heard of for me, then I had a major 2 week long migraine and then they stopped. I took 2 packets a day for about 6 months and now I take 1 a day and sometimes 1 every other day. If I start to feel any pain or if I feel like I’ll have more triggers (for example at the beach this week… busy, loud, HOT) I’ll take 2 a day for a while. I am basically migraine free. It’s amazing! I bought this for my daughter (17) who has struggled with head and abdominal migraines since she was 6.
