Official Rules: 1 Year Supply of Brain Ritual® Giveaway

1. Sponsor

This Giveaway is sponsored by Keto Swiss Inc doing business as Brain Ritual® ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

  • Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

  • Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

  • The Giveaway begins on December 9, 2025 at 9AM EST and ends on January 5, 2026 at 9AM EST.

  • All entries must be received within this period.

4. How to Enter

  • Entrants may enter by completing the entry form at brainritual.com.

  • Limit of one (1) entry per person/email address for the Giveaway period.

  • Multiple entries by the same individual using different email addresses, identities, or devices will result in disqualification.

  • No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prize Details

  • One (1) Unique Winner will be chosen during the Giveaway Period to receive a 1-year supply of Brain Ritual (Approximate Retail Value: $1,000).

  • Prize is non-transferable, with no substitutions or cash redemptions allowed except at Sponsor’s discretion.

  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries until the end of the Giveaway period.

  • Potential winner will be notified by email or phone. If the potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions

  • Sponsor has the right to disqualify any entries suspected of fraud or artificial manipulation.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, or fraud.

  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

8. Privacy & Data Use

  • Information provided will be used only for the purpose of administering this Giveaway and for marketing by Sponsor, unless you opt-in for other uses.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Sponsor, administrators, and any related parties are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, or any issues that may arise during participation.

  • By accepting the prize, winner agrees that Sponsor and affiliates are not liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

10. Governing Law

  • This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
