So far seems like it helps some days are better then others. I need to keep at to get the full affect. We will see after 4 months as recommended.

Works! Didnt take my migraines 100% away but did prevent frequent migraines. I like the product but its too expensive.

I have been drinking 1/2 sachet which I mix in a 250ml bottle and sip it through the day. It seems to be going better, since starting again I have only 1 migraine and it was on a rainy day so it could have been air pressure.
I am so grateful so far to have a few days of no pain. I know it is early days and I don't want to talk to soon.

I will keep you updated as time goes on, but for now I am so grateful also just to have a clearer head.

This is my 8th week,
Started at 1/4 packet once a day for two weeks.
Results 10/30 down to 1/30 migraine days. Amazing reduction.
I'm at 1/2 packet twice daily now.
My deep sleep increased by 50% in a month. Very nice.
Unfortunately what I'm not losing to migraine days now I seem to lose to fatigue. Serious fatigue.
Don't know yet if it is a side effect of the treatment and if so will it diminish and when.
So far being on BR is a success story, in terms of pain and pharmaceutical use, now only my quality of life needs to follow.

I'm excited to share that I did cut back to one packet per day and I've gone two weeks and two major storms without a headache! Thank you for reminding me that I can vary the dosage. I will be signing back up to continue my subscription :)

I ramped up to 2 doses a day and continued double doses for a few months. Slowly backed down to one a day and am doing well! Doubling up only if I feel prodome symptoms coming on. This new formulation works so much better for me!

This product was a life saver for me!

Still hopeful! I am just through my first month using Brain Ritual. Actually, my first month's supply was the Migraket formulation. I preferred the "Tang" flavor of the Migraket to the Peach/Passionfruit flavor of the newer formula. The biggest concern going forward is that I don't think that my stomach will ever be able to tolerate two full sachets a day. I split up my doses, I take with food, and still I find it rough on my stomach! The results have not been magical, but I am still hoping I will continue to see improvement in my chronic migraines.

I’ve been a migraine sufferer for years…
Head pain literally every morning from the time I woke up till I went to bed … I started taking this product 3 months ago and I can honestly say I have not had a migraine attack since. When I start to feel a headache come on I’ll drink half a package…this product is everything it says it is and more…my 25 year old son is now using it too as he loves the sharpness he feels from bieng on it… I can’t recommend this product more…you just have to try it!!! I'm 26 days in to using Brain Ritual and haven't had a migraine in that time! It's even cut down dramatically on my incessant headaches.

Day 9 of starting it, and I definitely notice a shift in overall pain in my head and face. I haven't had a headache since starting Brain Ritual, and I was having them daily the last month. I had been trying a similar supplement for a few months (one with feverfew and a few overlapping ingredients with BR), but I didn't see an improvement in migraines or headaches. I also have pretty intense monthly migraines (hormonal) so I'm hoping this will help with those as well. Feeling very optimistic based on the results I've noticed so far!!
